Craig Smith
Director - Special Projects
Craig is locally born and bred and is from a Waikato farming background. Craig has made a successful career in the building industry with over 30 years experience in the construction sector. Craig has developed valuable relationships with many developers throughout the Waikato and Coromandel over the years; and has been involved in build projects ranging from Farm cottages and beach homes though to larger scale multi builds.
Craig is Special Projects Director at WTS Golden Homes and his extensive knowledge of the building process and his infectious personality makes the building process a pleasure.
As a Director/Shareholder at Golden Homes Waikato/Taranaki (WTS Homes Ltd), Craig is focused on community and, along with his fellow Directors, fully embraces the vision of ‘Better homes build healthier communities'.

Neil Welch
Director
Neil Welch’s involvement in the building industry goes back a long way and it was his father, a master craftsman joiner and builder who initially ignited his passion, which then set the foundation for Neil to pursue a future in the trade. With over 30 years of experience, Neil Welch is still passionate about his industry and firmly believes in the quality of a Golden Home.
As a Director/Shareholder at Golden Homes Waikato/Taranaki (WTS Homes Ltd), Neil is focused on community and, along with his fellow Directors, fully embraces the vision of ‘Better homes build healthier communities’

Blake Richardson
Director - Finance and Legal
Blake has LLB and BCom from the University of Otago and an MBA with distinction from Trinity College Dublin. Blake is passionate about helping innovative and sustainability focused Waikato businesses grow. Blake has extensive experience in residential property development. Blake works with a number of Waikato businesses and environmentally focussed organisations. As a Director/Shareholder at Golden Homes Waikato/Taranaki (WTS Homes Ltd), Blake is focused on community and, along with his fellow Directors, fully embraces the vision of ‘Better homes build healthier communities’.
