Who lives here?

Auckland Farm Managers Paul and Julie Mincham, their two children, Addison (20) and Tegan (22). The 500m2 family home resides on a beautiful 40 acre farm setting, overlooking some of Auckland’s finest rural landscape. The home is also connected to a fully self-contained minor dwelling, where Julie’s parents also live.

Step by Step

It can be a daunting process starting a new build; from the beginning planning stages, through to framing, kitchen, lighting and colours. Golden Homes take clients through the process, step by step.

"Before we started the build, Golden Homes came out to our section and stepped out the plan for us. We appreciated that, as It’s not always easy to visualise from drawings.

Right through the process, no detail was ever left out. We spent over 3 hours with the Golden Homes electrician who talked us through all options and helped design the best lighting plan for our home. Everything was made easy for us and we felt guided right through the process."
