Goldseal^® Warranty

Golden Homes^® accredited licence holders have third party Goldseal^® Warranty protection underwritten by Construction Warranties Limited. This offers security.

• Loss of deposit up to $30,000.00 inc GST.
• Non-completion or abandonment of the dwelling up to $60,000.00 inc GST.
• Repair and replace any defective work within 60 (sixty) days of completion of dwelling and -
• Up to $20,000.00 inc GST for any major structural defects that occur within seven years of signing the contract.
• Maximum aggregate loss. $110,000.00

Conditions and exclusions do apply so please read the warranty agreement attached to the building contract carefully.
